As the firm’s founder and principal, Bob is personally involved in every project at Pratt Design Studio. During his 25-year career, Bob has earned a reputation as a leader in innovative construction techniques and has been recognized with numerous awards for design excellence.
Bob was named an Industry Leader/Architect in Facility Care’s “Who’s Who” in Dec. 2008 and was recognized as one of “Twenty Who Are Making a Difference” by Healthcare Design Magazine in 2006. He has been a speaker at numerous conferences such as Healthcare Facilities Symposium and Healthcare Design Conference. Awards include the Pre-cast Concrete Institute Design Award in 1995, The Lawrence B. Perkins Award for Outstanding Achievement in 1996 and the PPI&W Honor Award in 2003. In addition, his work has also been featured in numerous healthcare magazines.

Madhu’s more than 18 years' experience in healthcare architecture and design and this expertise has allowed her to create extraordinary results in the design and delivery of healthcare facilities. Her management skills, value conscious design and client interface during all processes assures solid coordination through all design phases.
Her work has been featured in publications such as Healthcare Design, Architecture and Contract Design, and in Chicago Women in Architecture and BSA Women in Architecture exhibitions. She has also earned awards for her work from the Society of Environmental Graphics and the SIPA.

During more over 12 years of experience in healthcare architecture, Rob has focuses on a detail-oriented approach to design and planning that results in creative solutions to complex space and programmatic challenges.
For Pratt Design Studio he has been directly involved in the design and construction phase of three large Chicago area Hospital projects and was Construction Administrator on two recently completed significant additions in the St. Louis area.

Susan is responsible for the interior design of every project at Pratt Design Studio for more than a decade. Her diverse background includes healthcare, senior living, hospitality, corporate, retail and residential projects. This broad experience allows her to adjust treatment of different environments appropriately.
As an Interior Designer, Susan’s responsibilities include interiors selection, and coordination of finishes and materials, furniture selection and coordination with existing facilities standards, and coordination of interiors with the wayfinding system design and furniture budgets.
